Totally recommend for a short layover
Clean room, modern room, the oversized shower in our King Room with Lake View was a wonderful surprise, and I appreciated the indoor swimming pool's convenience for relaxation after a long day.
Utterly satisfied

Clean remodeled rooms, lakeside views, convenient access to local attractions
The pool feels more like a bathtub!!! Staff presence in dining areas is lacking, leading to slow service!!! The buffet hours don’t accommodate early risers even though the casino should be open all night!!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our King Room with Lake View was modern, clean, and comfortable. The oversized shower was a nice touch, and the lakeside views added to the relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor communal firepit was perfect for evening gatherings, and the golf ball hitting area by the lake was a fun bonus.
Would love to have an included breakfast.

This place was a great fit for a brief hiatus in Rock Island with decent value for money. The staff quickly resolved a billing confusion I had, which made my check-in an easier process. Be prepared for some confusion with navigating the casino area. it could use better signage.

missingWrote a review on Jul 02clean roomfriendly staffmodern showerdrab finishespoor drink servicehigh price
The room at Bally's Quad Cities was spacious, which I appreciated. A shower instead of a tub made it feel modern and convenient. The cleanliness was spot on throughout my stay. I found the staff friendly. they were helpful when I had questions. Winning $120 on the penny slots added excitement to my visit. On the downside, some room finishes felt drab. The bed sheets had an odd texture, which was a bit off-putting. Dining options were limited on certain days, which affected my experience. The casino drink service was non-existent. it was inconvenient to leave my slot machine for a drink. I expected more for the price, especially since my stay cost $516 for three nights. Overall, it was an okay experience but could use improvements in service and room details.
